All private schools in the city have been directed by the district education officer to display information on availability of seats for students from below poverty line (BPL) and economically weaker section (EWS) on their notice boards as well as website by February 10.
Asking the schools to comply with all rules of Right to Education Act and Haryana School Education Rules, district education officer Vandana Gupta said private schools must reserve 10% seats for students from EWS and BPL families.
